Created at The Outpost by our owner, Bret, this pizza was inspired by his love of artisan-style breads and well-done pizzas. It starts with a hand-tossed, thin crust that’s light and perfectly cooked underneath, with a fluffy, flavorful, and hearty outer edge reminiscent of a rustic, handcrafted loaf. Each pizza is topped with our house-made sauce made from imported San Marzano tomatoes and finished with our signature 50/50 blend of mozzarella and provolone from Grande Cheese Company. The result is a perfectly balanced, flavorful pizza—simple, authentic, and most definitely winning the hearts of pizza lovers all around.
