Inspired by the coal-fired pizza ovens of New Haven, Connecticut, we’ve created our own Outpost version of this legendary style. Our pizza starts with a simple dough made from just a few quality ingredients, rolled thin to ensure perfect consistency in every bite. It’s baked hot for that distinctively charred outer crust and chewy center. Each pie is topped with our house-made sauce crafted from imported San Marzano tomatoes, then finished with our signature 50/50 blend of mozzarella and provolone from Grande Cheese Company. The result is a pizza that’s smoky, crisp, and full of character—true to its roots, but unmistakably Outpost.
